March For Our Lives - Washington D.C. - 2022
Following the tragic elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, and the mass shooting at a market in Buffalo, victims of gun violence and activists for gun reform gathered in cities across the country to protest current firearm laws in the United States. March For Our Lives, a non-profit started by survivors of the Parkland shooting in 2018, organized the protest in Washington two weeks after the Uvalde shooting. Survivors of recent school shootings and family members of gun violence victims spoke at the protest, which was set up on the National Mall.
